Grey Truffle

Cool, calm and quietly sophisticated, Grey Truffle tile is a beautifully understated porcelain featuring a soft, mid-grey tone and a smooth, finely textured surface. Its subtle tonal variation creates a clean, contemporary finish with just enough warmth to keep things inviting. A little industrial, a little coastal, Grey Truffle strikes the perfect balance between modern minimalism and effortless everyday style.

Pairs beautifully with blonde oak, crisp whites, brushed nickel, natural stone and warm timber accents.

Delivery, deposits and returns

Delivery and collection
  • We book delivery with an independent carrier once your deposit is paid and your order is ready. Delivery dates and times are estimates.
  • Delivery is not included in product prices. It is charged per pallet by postcode, weight and size, invoiced once your pallets are known, and paid before dispatch.
  • We deliver to the kerb or the nearest safe unloading point. Tell us before we book about steep, narrow or unsealed driveways, overhead obstructions or restricted delivery hours.
  • Collecting instead? Book a time once everything is paid, and bring a suitable vehicle and load restraints.
  • Ready orders can be stored free for four weeks, then at $25 plus GST per pallet per week.

Deposits and lead times
  • Stone we have in stock is paid in full when you order. Anything ordered in takes a 50% deposit, and custom work 75%.
  • The balance, delivery and any storage are paid before dispatch or collection.
  • Stone ordered in or made to order usually takes 6 to 16 weeks, counted from your deposit and final approvals. Lead times are estimates.
  • If you cancel, we refund your deposit less any costs already committed to your order.

Wastage and batches
  • We recommend ordering at least 10% extra for cuts, breakage and future repairs, and more for large formats, natural stone and complex layouts.
  • Order enough for the whole project from one batch. A later order may differ in tone and finish.
  • Natural stone varies in colour, veining and texture, and porcelain can vary between batches. This is part of the material, not a fault.
  • Before fixing, sort and dry lay pieces from several boxes or pallets so the variation is spread evenly.

Returns
  • We don't have to accept a return because you changed your mind or ordered too much.
  • If we agree to one in writing, the goods must be unused, uncut, unsealed and in their original packaging, and a restocking and freight charge may apply.
  • Custom and special order goods, clearance items, opened cartons and part lots can't be returned for change of mind.
  • None of this limits your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied.

Full wording in our Terms of Trade, sections 21 and 7

Damaged or faulty goods
  • Check your order as soon as it arrives, before cutting, sealing or laying anything.
  • Note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery record and let us know within 48 hours where you reasonably can, with photos and the packaging. This helps us investigate and claim from the carrier, and doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • If something looks wrong, don't install it. Stop, set it aside and contact us.
  • If goods are faulty, damaged, wrongly supplied or otherwise fail a consumer guarantee, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation or cancellation under the Australian Consumer Law. Which one depends on the circumstances and whether the failure is major or minor.
